Rosalie Candelario

Rosalie Candelario is an intake attorney at Melmed Law Group P.C., specializing in assisting prospective clients and analyzing claims related to wage-and-hour class actions, harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, and whistleblowing. Born in the Bronx, New York, she moved to Florida and graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law. During law school, she earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Employment Law and clerked for a prominent employment law firm. Her empathy and passion for eliminating injustices drive her dedication to aggrieved employees.

Licensed to practice law in Florida, Rosalie is an active member of the Florida Bar, the American Association for Justice, the Palm Beach County Bar Association, and the Florida Association for Women Lawyers. Outside of her legal work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family. Rosalie’s goal is to ensure plaintiffs receive the best possible representation for their claims, bringing her passion for plaintiffs' rights to every client interaction.
