Megan Ross

Megan Ross has spent over 20 years dedicated to employment law, with more than 15 years specializing in class and representative actions. Her passion for defending employee rights began in law school, where she clerked for an employment law firm.

She initially joined a small firm representing individuals and handling class actions, federal collective actions, and PAGA claims. After four years, Megan transitioned to defending insurance companies, resolving multiple class action claims in her two years there. In 2014, she managed a firm representing individuals with smaller claims, assisting up to 3,000 individuals annually.

From 2016 to 2019, she defended trucking companies against claims by employees and independent contractors before returning to her management role. Megan’s extensive experience on both sides of employment disputes, from large class actions to individual claims, provides her with a comprehensive understanding of all angles in these cases.

At Melmed Law Group, Megan divides her time between class and PAGA matters and individual cases, focusing on a pragmatic approach while still being client-centered.
